PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The 40-acre site facilitated the development of the contemporary 5* hotel complex described below. Among other objectives of the brief, it was important to provide guests with the highest level of service benefits possible.

The complex consists of the central service area and 150-bed independent residences.

The architecture of the dwellings and the topology of the landscape architecture are dictated by the traditional elements of Corfu island.
